Miller & Rhoads Mural

The Hilton Hotel asked for a window mural to commemorate the legacy of Miller & Rhoads, a historic department store that used to flourish in the building the where Hilton currently is. The mural celebrates a single slice of history, a WW2 parade that was conducted outside the store, but is meant to represent the impact the store had on the citizens of Richmond, VA for years.
